Every MD Cold Services Comfort Plan includes our comprehensive 15 point HVAC inspection during each scheduled preventive maintenance visit.
- Check blower motor & operation
- Inspect electrical connections and wiring
- Check thermostat operation
- Check capacitor condition and performance
- Inspect contactor and electrical components
- Inspect air filter condition
- Check supply & return temperature differential
- Inspect evaporator coil condition where accessible

- Preventive maintenance visits are scheduled during the designated off peak maintenance seasons according to the selected plan.
- Essential includes one annual preventive maintenance visit during Spring OR Fall.
- Premium and Elite include two annual preventive maintenance visits, one during Spring and one during Fall.
- Repair discounts apply to qualifying parts and labor and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
- Standard filter replacement under the Elite Comfort Plan applies to standard disposable filters only. Specialty, media, electronic, UV, and other premium filtration products are excluded.
- The Elite $0 diagnostic benefit applies during regular business hours to the covered system(s). Repairs, parts, refrigerant, materials, and additional services are not included.
- After hours and weekend service are subject to applicable after hours/weekend diagnostic/service call pricing.
- The Elite system replacement benefit provides 5% off a qualifying HVAC system replacement, up to a maximum discount of $500.
- Maintenance plan benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and conditions.
